Public Hearing Notices: The Eagle Point Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and the City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 17 South Buchanan Avenue, Eagle Point, Oregon to receive public comment and consider an application to amend the City’s Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map. The proposed amendment pertains to the 6.06 acre lot addressed as 1015 Palima Drive and identified as Assessors map 361W02BD, Tax Lot 300. Public Notice of Vacancies: The City of Eagle Point is accepting applications from people interested in serving on the Budget Committee (3 vacancies – approximate 3-year terms through December 31, 2028). Applications will be accepted through February 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.  All applicants must currently reside within the city limits of Eagle Point and have been Eagle Point residents for at least one full year prior to appointment. Applications may be picked up at Eagle Point City Hall located at 17 Buchanan Avenue South in Eagle Point or obtained at www.cityofeaglepoint.org .  If there are questions, please contact Cindy Hughes, City Recorder, at 541-826-4212 ext. 106.
