Public Hearing Notices: The Eagle Point Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and the City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 17 South Buchanan Avenue, Eagle Point, Oregon to receive public comment and consider an application to amend the City’s Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map. The proposed amendment pertains to the 6.06 acre lot addressed as 1015 Palima Drive and identified as Assessors map 361W02BD, Tax Lot 300. The proposal is to change the mapped land use designation from Residential Farm to R-1-12 Single Family Residential. Visit www.cityofeaglepoint.org for details or in person at City Hall.
