To meet statutory noticing requirements under Oregon Revised Statute 192.640, all agendas are posted on the bulletin board in the lobby at City Hall, 17 Buchanan Ave. South, Eagle Point, Oregon; and e-mailed to interested people and the media.

City Council Public Hearing Notices: TheEagle Point City Council will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 17 Buchanan Avenue South, Eagle Point, Oregon and via Zoom. The first Public Hearing will be to receive comments from anyone interested in the proposed use of state revenues.
Immediately after the above public hearing, the City Council will hold an additional public hearing to accept public comment regarding adoption of the 2026/2027 Budget as approved by the Budget Committee.

City Election Notice: The City of Eagle Point is now accepting candidate filings for the following elected offices, with terms beginning at the first City Council meeting in January 2027: Mayor (two-year term) and three City Councilors (four-year terms each). Last day for elected incumbent candidates to file for office: August 18, 2026. Last day for new candidates and appointed incumbent candidates to file for office: August 25, 2026.
Note: Interested persons must, at the time of election, be a qualified elector as defined in Section 2, Article II of the Oregon Constitution; and shall have been a resident within the city limits of the City of Eagle Point for the twelve-month period immediately preceding the November 2026 election.
