This week let’s get seasonal with some facts about Oregon’s pumpkin and spice production.
Sorry, not “pumpkin spice”, just pumpkin and spices. There’s enough pumpkin spice around these days everywhere else! Well, that, and pumpkin spice is a mix of cinnamon, cloves, all spice, nutmeg and ginger and we don’t really grow all of those here.
