Eagle Point City Council sets 2026 goals

The Eagle Point City Council held their regular meeting Jan. 27 for their annual review of city goals for 2026.  The goals cover seven categories which include Livability, Recreation, Public Safety, Community Development, Fiscal and Administrative Stability, and Public Infrastructure. 

It’s a win-win for EPHS girls basketball

The Eagle Point High School basketball teams have completed their first round of league play with each team heading in different directions. The Lady Eagles continued their home winning streak with lopsided wins over Ashland and Churchill while the boys' team continued to struggle.

The beginning of the new year appears to be going well. No flat tires thus far which has allowed Da Beast and I to hit the 3,000 mile mark to commemorate our first anniversary. Yes, it was just one year ago my main mode of transportation arrived at my front door. Of course, some assembly was required which led to a phone call to customer service for technical assistance, but it wasn’t long until we were both ready to rock and roll.
