Winding Trails by Al Hobart – Saprophytes – County botanizing – Cozy Cottage

To botanize the extreme western end of the Siskiyous, or to explore them for future botanical incursions at appropriate seasons, the best approach is from the ocean side, up the various rivers that penetrate deeply into the famously rugged Curry County of Oregon and California’s Del Norte County – the Rogue, Pistol River; the Chetco, Winchuck and Smith Rivers. 

Hop to it GEMS 4H Rabbit Club has success at Spring Fair

The Hop to it GEMS 4-H rabbit and cavy club had a very busy and successful Spring Fair.

The Spring Fair started off with club member Tyson Tomich winning Grand Champion market rabbit pen. The reserve Grand Champion market rabbit pen was owned by Jazmine Miller, another Hop to it GEMS member.
