The Eagle Point City Council held their regular meeting March 10 where the main agenda item was the rezoning request for roughly six acres of land listed as 1015 Palima Dr.

There were two agenda topics on the March 5 Shady Cove City Council meeting agenda, the topic of “financial status” was added by Mayor Lena Richardson at the beginning of the meeting.

Shady Cove has a new eatery and while its name may first catch your attention, it’s the food that will have you come back time and again. It’s at the former location of Rogue River Arts and Eats, a storefront that’s now home to Slightly Tilted Kinda Shady. Located at 21850 Highway 62, Slightly Tilted Kinda Shady opened in December 2025 and serves up pizza, lasagna, salads, sweets and lots more, all packaged up for you to take and bake at home.

The Eagle Point Neighborhood Enhancement Commission held their first regular meeting of the year March 2 and with a handful of goals for the year from the city council, they hit the ground running with three basic goals.

The Eagle Point City Council held their regular meeting Feb. 24 and it was one of those rare meetings with no new business on the agenda. Instead, the city took time to recognize all the persons and agencies who took part in the huge animal abuse case that took place in Eagle Point.
